While the handle includes two uncut key blanks that can be cut to the factory tumbler code, rekeying the cylinder to match a different key code requires a locksmith with pin tumbler tools. Most automotive locksmiths can rekey the cylinder by replacing the internal pins to match your truck’s key code.
